All accessories are made after the order is placed. They are made by hand and sent out within 3 to 7 days.

After the goods are dispatched, we will notify you of the waybill number by WhatsApp for your convenience.

Hong Kong can usually receive it the next day, and it takes half a month to one month in mainland China and overseas.

Every piece of SHEER jewelry is made by our own hands and strictly controlled in each process. Each piece of jewelry is made of high-quality materials: natural freshwater pearls, 24K real gold plated from Turkey, natural crystals from India and Brazil, and 925 sterling silver from Italy. In order to let our carefully crafted jewelry accompany you for a longer time, please follow the following TIPS for careful maintenance:

{daily storage}
When not wearing normally, please store your jewelry separately in jewelry box to avoid scratches.

{Pearl Care}
Pearl jewelry is encouraged to be worn frequently, and contact with the skin can make it shine better. But do not wear it when bathing, and do not come into contact with chemicals. Every time you take it off, wipe off sweat and dust with a damp towel, and put it back in the jewelry box.

{Gold plating maintenance}
Before bathing/swimming, jewelry should be removed, and should not be in contact with hairspray, perfume & cosmetics; due to the strong corrosiveness of skin and oil, it is recommended to remove it every time Wipe lightly with alcohol cotton. If it is slightly oxidized, it can be polished with a gold cloth.

After receiving our jewelry, you can enjoy one month warranty service. After one month, if maintenance is required, we will charge you a small amount of manual fee and cost.
